We stayed one night for my husband’s birthday and had a wonderful time! It’s definitely a splurge so not for casual or longer-term stays, but for one or two nights it’s worth saving up for for a special treat. The room was a great size, and everything felt very new and worked well (like being able to stream music from your phone to the TV, all the modern lighting functions, etc.). Super comfy bed and pillows. Very nice modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The design of the room made it feel really special and fun. Excellent attention to the small details. We visited the cocktail bar, Pier 42, and had amazing drinks with wonderful service. The breakfast buffet is absolutely one of the best we’ve ever had at any hotel! Especially the scrambled eggs and all the Norwegian goat cheeses. Plus bagels!! Hard to find in Norway :) Again, very friendly and welcoming service. Overall for our special occasion visit, it was absolutely worth the cost, especially because of the GREAT breakfast and kind staff. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here another time soon!

During our stay, we were fortunate to experience the exceptional hospitality of Alex, Katerina, and Nikos, whose dedication to ensuring a memorable stay was truly remarkable. Alex's attentiveness and genuine care made every interaction delightful, while Katerina's positivity added an extra layer of joy to our stay. Nikos went above and beyond, consistently going the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their collective effort and personalized attention made the visit extraordinary. Highly recommended.

One of my favourite hotels anywhere. Not only a great hotel with nice rooms and good amenities, but their breakfast restaurant and bar are rated the Best in Oslo. Having access to both spots is a big benefit and made our stay even better. This hotel had the comforts of home combined with the luxuries of a resort/club. At the end of our stay, I didn’t want to leave—the sign of a truly great hotel!

We are just coming to the end of a weeks stay at this lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived to our last few hours the experience has been second to none. The staff are friendly and pleasant ensuring that all our needs are attended to at all times. They are helpful in every way from the reception staff to the staff in the restaurant. Whether it is dietary advice to giving suggestions on what to see they take time to talk to you despite being busy. The room is extremely comfortable ( stayed in the fortuna suite) and extremely clean with good quality toiletries, a luxurious bed and is generally quiet making for a relaxing stay. The restaurant offers really good quality food throughout the day with lots of gluten and lactose free options . Again the staff are a delight and would like to mention Isabelle in particular who goes out of her way to ensure a fabulous dining experience . The rest of the staff are also cheerful, and extremely pleasant , striking the balance between being attentive without being overbearing. The hotel is perfectly placed to use the public transport and get to so many places to see and eat. Oslo is a lovely place and the hotel is an asset to the city. We would love to stay here again and would recommend the hotel to any of our friends .
